My name is Shanin Lengerich. Currently residing in Bright Indiana. I am a proud mom of three children that attend the local schools.  We moved back home to the Midwest from California in 2008 to Southeastern IN.  I originally grew up on the East side of Cincinnati. I have 27 years of experience in fine dining at prestigious restaurants.  The passion I have for serving my guests  has given me the credible ability to pay attention to detail, and get exactly what my clients need to satisfy their whole experience. On my own time I enjoy cooking for my family, tending to my organic garden, hosting gatherings at my home, eating tacos on Tuesdays, and toting my kids around to all their extra curricular activities.  2021 has blessed me with the opportunity to put all my past experiences into something I am most passionate about, Real Estate.  I can not wait to meet my community and give a service where I can enhance my customer service skills.
